Electrical safety of work machines
For manufacturers it is not enough to inspect the building. Machine electrical equipment has its own risks: supplies, control circuits, emergency stop, enclosures and the machine switchgear. The inspection verifies that the equipment can be operated safely.
Technically we draw on ČSN EN 60204-1 and the rules for reserved electrical equipment. The exact scope depends on the machine type and the manufacturer’s documents.
On the same site we often also inspect the installation and tools.

Which machines do you inspect?
Work machines in production, maintenance and workshops where the electrical equipment, controls, protection and supply need to be verified.
Must the machine be shut down?
Some tests need a shutdown or limited operation. We plan the schedule with production so that the interruption is as short as possible.
What if a defect is found?
The defect is described in the documentation. Follow-up repairs can be arranged according to the scope and production needs.
Does a building inspection replace a machine inspection?
No. An installation inspection of the hall does not replace the inspection of the machine’s electrical equipment.
