SERVICE FOR COMPANIES AND THE PUBLIC SECTOR

Electrical installation, switchgear and service-connection inspections

For company buildings, schools and public sites we carry out initial, periodic or extraordinary inspections of the electrical installation, switchgear and service connections. You receive a report you can use for operation, handover and audits.

What an installation inspection is

The inspection verifies that the electrical installation is safe for people and property. For companies, schools and municipalities this is reserved electrical equipment. The operator is responsible for its condition. We follow Act No. 250/2021 Coll. and, technically, ČSN 33 1500 and ČSN 33 2000-6.

Unlike a one-off electrician’s check, the output is a report with measurements, an assessment and a clear verdict on whether the installation complies.

What we inspect

  • electrical installations of buildings, halls, warehouses and sites
  • low-voltage service connections and incoming supplies
  • main and sub-distribution boards
  • socket, lighting and control circuits
  • protective conductors, bonding and related earthing

Initial, periodic and extraordinary inspections

An initial inspection is done before a new or reconstructed installation is put into service. A periodic inspection checks equipment already in use. An extraordinary inspection is recommended after an incident, intervention in the wiring, flooding, fire or a change of use.

If you also need lightning protection, appliances or machines, we can combine the work into one visit.

Who the service is for

  • production halls, warehouses and service centres
  • offices, shops and operating sites
  • schools, kindergartens and education facilities
  • municipal and state buildings

We most often work in Náchod, Rychnov nad Kněžnou, Hradec Králové, Pardubice and Prague. See also inspection intervals.

Frequently asked questions

How often should a company installation be inspected?

Periodic intervals depend on the type of equipment and external influences, usually according to ČSN 33 1500. We confirm the interval from your operation, environment and last report.

What do we receive after the inspection?

An inspection report with the scope, measured values, defects found and recommended next steps. The document is for the operator, the insurer and inspection authorities.

Can the inspection be scheduled outside peak hours?

Yes. We agree access to switchgear so that the company, school or office is disrupted as little as possible.

Do you inspect switchgear on its own?

Yes. Switchgear can be inspected with the building installation or separately when that fits the job better.

Do you inspect electrical service connections?

Yes. Low-voltage service connections are inspected as part of the building installation, including the incoming supply and the related switchgear.
